Project Overview
Frasers Property Industrial launched its first dedicated health and wellbeing precinct, Fit Zone, at Vantage Yatala in Queensland. Located in Southeast Queensland’s premier industrial hub between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, the 4,000 sqm precinct is designed to support the workforce with spaces for exercise, social interaction, and relaxation. Fit Zone includes a full-sized basketball court, gym stations, walking paths, shaded seating, picnic tables, barbecues, and public toilets. The precinct forms part of Frasers Property Industrial’s Premium Estates concept, which aims to provide high-performing, sustainable, and health-focused work environments across its industrial and logistics portfolio.

Our Contribution
GX Outdoors supplied a range of outdoor amenities to bring Fit Zone to life. This included a custom oversized Akora Skillion Shelter, Frontier BBQs, Streetstyle table settings, benches, and bin enclosures, along with a Reviva drinking fountain and Citistyle bollards and bike hoops. Our products help create shaded, practical, and social spaces for employees to relax, exercise, and connect, complementing the precinct’s focus on health and wellbeing.
