Project Overview
Optus Stadium in Perth, WA, was developed as a world-class venue for major sporting and entertainment events. Completed in 2018 with a seating capacity of 60,000, the project aimed to enhance Perth's ability to attract international events and improve visitor experiences. The stadium and its infrastructure received a $1.8 billion investment.

Our Contribution
GX Outdoors were pleased to be apart of the project by supplying dual and triple Metro Bin Enclosures to enhance the stadium’s waste management and sustainability efforts. Built from durable aluminum, these enclosures withstand heavy public use and harsh weather. Their functional and modern design complements the stadium’s outdoor spaces.

Impact on the Park
The Metro Bin Enclosures have improved waste disposal efficiency, supporting Optus Stadium’s broader sustainability initiatives, including 460 recycling bins for better waste diversion. Their strategic placement enhances cleanliness, while their sturdy design ensures long-term performance in a high-traffic environment. GX Outdoors' contribution aligns with the stadium’s commitment to maintaining a cleaner, greener public space.
